Shipping policy

ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

  • Handling and Processing Time: If in stock, your order will be processed (verified, quality checked, and packed) and provided to the shipping provider of your choice within 24-48 hours. If not in stock, you will be notified via email or text within 24-48 hours and given a status update of the anticipated date of processing. Once provided to the shipping provider, you will receive an email with all relevant tracking information included.
  • Shipping Options: Most items shipped domestically will be provided multiple shipping options (standard (2-6 days), Priority Mail (2 business days), and USPS Priority Mail Express (1 business day)). Prices will vary depending on delivery location, package weight and shipping option chosen.
  • Restrictions: No International shipping, at this time.
  • Missing or lost package: Once your package has been received by the shipping provider of choice and you have been sent an email with your tracking information any missing, lost or damaged package, will be handled by the shipping provider and yourself. If it is for any other reason, please email us at CarteBlancheConglomerate@gmail.com for immediate attention into the matter.
  • International shipping: Currently we are only shipping to the domestic United States. International shipping coming soon!
